Shipping/Privacy Policy


JAX SHIPPING POLICY:

By law, Jax can only ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PN, SC, TX, WA, WV, WI

UPS shipping options are important because an adult of age 21 or older must be present to accept the delivery and an adult signature is required for the delivery of alcoholic beverages. To ensure prompt and successful deliveries, make sure to select the shipping option that best meets your needs:
  • UPS Ground: Delivery generally between 1 and 5 business days once the package leaves our warehouse.
  • UPS 3 Day: Delivery to businesses by 4:30pm and to residences by 7:00pm in 3 business days once the package leaves our warehouse.
  • UPS 2 Day: Delivery to businesses by 4:30pm and to residences by 7:00pm in 2 business days to most areas once the package leaves our warehouse.
  • UPS Overnight by 3:00 pm: Next business day delivery by 3:00pm to most U.S. addresses (by 4:30p.m. to rural areas) once the package leaves our warehouse.
  • UPS Overnight by 10:30 am: Next business day delivery by 10:30am to most U.S. addresses once the package leaves our warehouse; Remote areas by noon, 4:30pm or 5:00pm; Saturdays by noon, 1:30pm or 4:30pm. In extreme heat, ice-packs will be added.

WINE CLUB SHIPMENTS:
Wine Clubs ship UPS Ground. Only standard shipping is currently available for our Wine Clubs.  Initial Wine Club shipments will arrive within 10 business days of processing.

JAX PRIVACY POLICY: Collection and Use of Personal Information.
We collect the following personal information from you:
  • Contact Information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number
  • Billing Information such as credit card number, and billing address
  • Unique Identifiers such as user name, account number, password
  • Preferences Information such as product wish lists, order history, marketing preferences
  • We will not share your personal information with third parties at any time


JAX RETURN POLICY:
We take great care to ensure the safe shipment of your order. However, if your wine has been visibly damaged during shipment, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund.
